Prof. Javad Mostaghimi recently gave a talk on "anti-bacterial copper-based alloys coatings on heat sensitive substrates" in Green-SEAM's Annual Network Meeting 2020 which took place from May 21^st to 27^th. His talk covered bioacidal activity of copper alloy coatings, their potential effectiveness in destroying SARS-CoV-2, and thermal spray of copper alloys as a practical and economical way to greatly reduce surface contamination in our everyday life as well as health-care related facilities.
